I've been a Washington State native all my life. Living in the Pacific Northwest means hiking mountains, skiing slopes, waterskiing or windsurfing on our close bodies of water. All of this within a two hour drive.

One of my specialities is floating homes and houseboats on Lake Union. What an absolutely amazing micro community within a metropolitan city to live and escape to. The lifestyle is beyond compare and I'd love to share this with you too.

I've held a real estate license since 2001 and started specializing in over water properties since 2006. But of course since there are limited numbers of these types of properties, I sell single family homes in great Seattle neighborhoods, condos, waterfront and view homes.
