In her first three years working in real estate, Melissa Boucher closed over $50 million in sales.  Due to her success, Melissa has been recognized by various organizations as a featured real estate agent. In 2018, Melissa was a speaker at Inman during nation-wide meeting in Beverly Hills. That same year she was honored as a finalist for Inman Rookie of the Year. In 2020 Melissa was honored with Rising Star for 5 Star Professional.

Melissa holds dual degrees from University of Washington and New York University. Her prior work as an oncology nurse at Sloan-Kettering in NYC shapes her client relationships. Melissa does this by problem solving, a fine attention to detail, and doing what is best for her clients in every situation. Melissa resides on Mercer Island with her family and two black labs, Poppy and Daisy.
