In 2016 Mallory joined Windermere Real Estate Company bringing both inside and outside sales experience into a partnership with her mother, Sue Rockwell to create Rockwell1989. Mallory fast-tracked the learning curve by shadowing her mother, (a thirty-year veteran in real estate), to become versed in working with both buyers and sellers. While gleaning the nuances of the business Mallory began to recognize an opportunity presenting itself with first-time home buyers. She noticed they were feeling anxious, confused, overwhelmed and even defeated by the Seattle market. Being passionate about helping new buyers achieve their real estate goals in addition to mitigating the stress involved in buying a home, Mallory implemented an education-first approach. She holds real estate classes for groups as well as one-on-one meetings to teach young buyers about the Seattle Market and the home buying process. This educational approach has earned Mallory a strong and loyal following, with friends and followers turning into clients who feel well educated and confident entering into the real estate market with Mallory as their advocate.
