Managing Broker / Queen Anne
About Leah Davidson (formerly Leah Pham):
I grew up in beautiful Cannon Beach, Oregon and moved here to Seattle in 1995 to attend the University of Washington. Upon graduating from UW, I went to work directly at Windermere Real Estate, where I believe to this day wholeheartedly in the "Windermere Way". I currently live in a 1930’s Craftsman style home located in the West Seattle neighborhood with my three sons.
Giving Back
I find it important to support our community, so I have made it my priority to give monthly to local charity groups and non-profit organizations in our area, including the Windermere Foundation. I also enjoy volunteer work, most recently at my son's School PTA board, and formerly at our local Co-op Preschool, as well as previously at Swedish Medical Center Ballard, and for United Way.
I also find joy in making a donation to my client's favorite charity/non-profit org upon every closing! Find out who I've donated to here.
