As a Seattle native, Lauren Hendricks has experienced the development and economic changes the city has encountered. She graduated from Seattle Prep High School, studied Economics and Communications at Fordham University in NYC, and completed her degree at the University of Washington.

Since starting her career in commercial real estate in 2005, Lauren has helped clients buy and sell more than 145 commercial properties throughout Seattle and the Puget Sound. In the past four years, she has sold over $115,000,000 in commercial real estate.
