Kristin is a Seattle native and has extensive knowledge about the different neighborhoods and characteristics of Seattle that make it a great place to live. She grew up in Wallingford, went to college at the University of Washington, and now resides in the Green Lake neighborhood. As an avid runner she has toured through almost every neighborhood in and around the city, adding to her overall Seattle expertise. Her love of Seattle will show through in her abundant suggestions of great places to eat, drink, and explore the surrounding area. Before joining Mia’s team Kristin was a teacher and coach for over 20 years and worked in the running apparel industry. These experiences built her strong management skills that are invaluable when working with clients and agents in the home buying and selling processes. Mia and Kristin love real estate and pride themselves in working hard and strategizing so that their clients achieve the best results.
