My career in real estate began over twenty years ago. I have lived on Queen Anne since 1987 and I specialize in this community. Because of my strong referral base, I am very knowledgeable of the Queen Anne and Magnolia markets as well as other nearby neighborhoods. My buyers and sellers have taken me as far north as Innis Arden, as far east as Snoqualmie Summit, as far south as West Seattle and as far west as Magnolia. Over the past nine years I have sold or listed many homes in the Queen Anne and Magnolia neighborhoods ranging in price from $120,000 - $3,400,000.

Every day I am thankful for this career. I love people and love being challenged. Real Estate brings me together with a wonderful variety of people and every day I have the opportunity to perfect my listening skills, interior design background, marketing skills, negotiating skills, mediating skills, networking abilities and more. As each one of these skills gets fine-tuned, I have the privilege of sharing these valuable skills with my buyers and sellers. There is nothing more gratifying than to find the "best house for the best price" for my buyers or getting the "best" terms for my sellers. With that said, the most rewarding part is the journey. I cherish the relationships that I have made over the years. My commitment to my clients is always to put knowledge, service, integrity and honesty first. This commitment is reflected in the strong referral business I have developed, with over 95 per cent coming from satisfied clients.

Personal
I moved to Seattle in 1980 from New England. I am a seasoned traveler, entrepreneur and Mom. In raising two active boys on Queen Anne, I totally understand how important it is to live in a community that embraces its residents and offers a vitality of community. My in-depth knowledge of the community service programs, sports programs, Seattle public and private school systems helps me to be a valuable asset to my clients and friends.  If you don’t find me working in real estate, you’ll find me hiking somewhere around the world.
